gameph takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.
To access real-money gaming on gameph, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the gameph Platform. gameph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
The minimum deposit on gameph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used. gameph reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, with notice provided to affected Players where practicable.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once your Account is fully verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day for requests submitted during standard Philippine banking hours. gameph does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payout methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
gameph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the gameph Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gameph may delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Currency: All transactions on the gameph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by gameph on PHP transactions.
gameph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. gameph does not offer no-wagering bonuses unless explicitly stated. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
gameph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
gameph reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on a Player's Account history, geographic location, or payment method. Not all promotions are available to all Players. gameph may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
All games available on the gameph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers under controlled conditions. The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and gameph does not manipulate game results in any way.
Each game on the gameph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. gameph reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
You may request closure of your gameph Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds in your Wallet (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gameph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, as notified to the Player in advance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gameph shall not be liable for:
gameph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gameph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the gameph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through gameph's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
To initiate a complaint, Players should first contact the gameph support team via live chat. gameph aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through this process, the Player may escalate the matter through applicable regulatory channels.
